At Weiss Workshop,  we take great care in crafting and packaging your order. Please note that most of our items are made to order, which allows us to maintain the highest quality and attention to detail for every product.

Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
  • Candle accessories and home fragrance items are typically ready to ship sooner.

Shipping Times:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please Note:

  • During high demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • Weiss Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at check out.
