Return Policy

At Weiss Workshop, we put a lot of care into creating, packaging, and shipping every order. Because many of our products are made-to-order, fragile, or produced in small batches, we currently only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or broken.

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival
  • The item must be in the same original condition it was received in
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging whenever possible

To begin the return process, please email us clear photos of the defective or damaged item so we can review the issue and help make things right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We unfortunately cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Special order products
  • Home fragrance items, including candles and wax melts
  • Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
